VTOL = Dorsal Gun Turret
Group 1 = Forward landing gear (VTOL Down)
Groups 2-5 = 550lbs Bombs
Group 6 = Internal ballast (DO NOT ACTIVATE)

The Focke-Wulf Fw 200 Condor was a German all-metal four-engined monoplane originally developed by Focke-Wulf as a long-range airliner. A Japanese request for a long-range maritime patrol aircraft led to military versions that saw service with the Luftwaffe as long-range reconnaissance and anti-shipping/maritime patrol bomber aircraft.

To adapt it for wartime service, hardpoints were added to the wings for bombs, the fuselage was strengthened and extended to create more space, and front, aft and dorsal gun positions were added, in addition to an extended-length version of the Bola ventral gondola typical of World War II German bomber aircraft. The extra weight introduced by its military fitments meant that a number of early Fw 200 aircraft broke up on landing, a problem that was never entirely solved.

This was a cool plane to learn about, but extremely difficult to replicate. Due to the Condor’s asymmetric airframe, trying to balance this behemoth was very time consuming. It lists ever so slightly to the left due to the drag caused by the underbelly gondola, but it is easy to control and maintain level flight.

Being a heavy bomber, she is slow to maneuver, and has a max cruising speed of 230 mph. Once the payload is delivered, set the throttle to 87% for level flight. I outfitted her with 4 ‘550 lbs’ bombs, retractable landing gear, and a fully functioning dorsal gun turret.

I enjoy attempting to cripple to enemy’s airfield on the northern island with direct hits and then returning to base safely. It's a fun little bombing mission.

Enjoy! And don't hesitate to make any requests!

    @Matthew240 you need to keep the nose piece highlighted with your cursor. The gear button will show up on the right side under the other buttons. I got the latest update for iOS and I don't use any mods or a jail broken version.

    @eric314 I'm making a Ho-229 next. @WWIPlaneBuilder, that's a goofy looking bomber, I'll definitely try to build one.
