This fighter literally cannot be targeted by either ground or air units, requires no mods to work.
I discovered this on accident while building a drone for going the distance challenge. After detatching enough parts from your build (exactly half the number of parts of your main build), AI units get confused and would not target either the main build or the parts you detatched.
Exploiting this, I made a true stealth fighter that literally doesn't get targeted, with some default weapons.
