A Hipersonic tactical recon aircraft made by Neucom (one of the factions from Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere in the japanese version). Max speed i got it to was 3672 Kp/H (i use metric conversion beacause im brazilian so yeah, convert it yourself) and no engine power output was changed in Overload, only the engine flame lenght. AG1 for parachutes while landing. There wont be any backstory this time as i dont understand much about the lore behind General Resource LTD. and Neucom and i dont want to spread bullshit about it. By the way, its pronounced Belkenos
