YC-1 "Airliner"
YC-1 "Airliner" Changes-Weight/Fuel reduced and shifted forward. (CoG moved forward for bias towards stability over maneuverability).-Wings/stabs enlarged and widened for increased lift.-Control surfaces resized for gentler maneuvers.-Large flaps added for shorter, slower takeoff/landing speeds. (The difference between a firm touchdown and a suicide charge.)-Reduced number of "window" fuselage bodies. (Significant weight problem!)-Consolidated several fuselage sections. (Same length/Less weight)-Single large steerable nose-gear. (After landing, you can taxi into position, and take off again without restarting.)-Rear landing gear raised and widened to reduce tipping over during takeoff, taxi, landing.-This Aircraft was tested on my I-pad mini, under low physics settings.-Predecessor is acknowledged. (Credit where credit is due.)-If this version is satisfactory, I will up-vote.-If not, please specify desired changes.
