@Panzer828 It's the load on the plane's wings per unit area. I.e., if a plane weighs 10,000 kilos and has a wing area of 100 square metres, the wing loading is 100 kilos per square metre. Lower wing loading makes for better maneuverability, while high wing loading makes for planes that travel fast in a straight line, but are hard to turn.
