Auto Credit Based on FlyingBathtub's Keniss T5
1968 was much better than 1967 for the Keniss Team. In the first four races of the season, the updated T5B/2 scored 3 Podiums and one win. At the Dutch Grand Prix, Keniss updated the T5B/2 with front winglets and an aerofoil. This new car, named the T6, was otherwise identical to the T5B/2. The T6 scored 9 podiums and 3 wins from the final 8 races of the 1968 season. It was used again in a massively updated version, the T6B/3 for 1969, where it scored 7 Podiums, 5 wins, and the World Drivers Championship. Alex Clarke, the 1969 champion, said the car was "Perfectly balanced." John Whitcliffe, a newcomer to Keniss that year, finished 2nd in the championship behind Clarke.
