The T-100 was a Pivdenian multi-turreted heavy tank built during the 1922s till the end of 1942 and saw service for the Grand Pivden Army. One of the two multi-turreted heavy tanks that reached production, one being the T-35 of the Soviet Army, the T-100 was proven to be a successful concept and the only the few multi-turreted tanks that manage to be in full time service instead of concepts only.

The T-100 followed the previous concept of the T-52 medium tank which is also a multi-turreted tank, except all fighting compartments were not separated to each other.

During their first years in the war, the T-100s had a potential to break down. These were corrected in the A variant of the tank known as the T-100A. An Engine upgrade was given to the tank by 1930 in designation B known as T-100B.

The T-100 was officially known to match other tanks to with little armament. Using the 60mm will destroy light or medium tanks and the 85mm for Heavy tanks of the same size. In Pivden-Westeria Conflict, T-100s were seen to be capable of supporting infantry instead of being assigned in independent heavy tank battalions. By the outbreak of Pivdenia Civil War, all T-100s were assigned into Armoured Infantry battalions (Bronepikhotni batal'yony) where they were more suited. By the time of the 1940s, the tanks were rendered obsolete and were being replaced by the newer T-102 Heavy Tanks. When the PIvdenia-Commune War broke out, only 10 more T-100s were in active service and were assigned in 45-y motopikhotnyy batal'yon, all of which were assigned as infantry support tanks.

All tanks were retired by 1946 and were phased in 1947. Most of the tanks were scrapped except for 3 originals, 4 A Variants, 2 B Variants and 2 prototypes.
