Lol since @Datarcuchir's map doesn't work, you could work with this instead. Working Saba yay. The terminal is quite accurate to the real one. It has it's own camera in case you intend to use it in multiplayer.

About the airport

Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport is an airport on the Dutch Caribbean island of Saba. Its runway is widely acknowledged as the shortest commercial runway in the world, with a length of 400 m.

How to use

First of all, use a helicopter or plane to go over the sea some time away from the land and press "Restart Here" to respawn. Then create a location there. You can now spawn the island.
Then use your favorite plane for flight to spawn this island as an AI in that location. After waiting for a while, the island shaking will subside and you can land!
The reason for respawning on the way is to reduce the speed of the aircraft to 0, and if the speed remains, the island will be affected by plate tectonics and will move a lot.
