The Mod probably only works on PC and Mac. Since the Custom Colors go with the post, Here's a work around:
1. Download this post to your Android.
2. Delete everything except the shiny parts and cockpit.
3. Save it as a template for posts you want to use the shiny color on.
The shiny color should be in one of the boxes when you open Paint Job. See if that works.

1. Go to the STEAM WORKSHOP or CLICK HERE for the Colour Editor Mod and Install.
Select Paint Job and click the arrows till you reach CUSTOM.
When you select a color, a small window appears with numbers associated with letters r,g,b,s,m.
Changing the "s" and "m" values to 1 causes the super shiny effect.
Hope that helps.
