@SlavicRussian i'm not pissed, and you're not an idiot
people can have their opinions
i just think it doesn't fly right, as in close to the real thing
that's all i'm saying
there wasn't a part where i particularly asked you to intervein anyway, but it's fine
i think im being dumb rn, I dont get why your pissed over me making a comment about how I don’t get how you think this flies horribly lol. Im currently traveling and using an iphone , so would it be that the physics are different? i mean this doesent really matter, I could just stop responding now but I just want to know if im going crazy lol? You said it flies horribly, I pretty much complimented the creator and disagreed saying it doesent fly “horribly”, it just could better, but im still being dumb? hwhat is happening rn lol @Kangy
@UsernameTH5 this kid lol
you not a fan of modders? I mean 1. the dude I modded is super cool and openly is allowing modders to change stuff. 2. ripoffs are items that have very little changes done in order to get morw views, I changed pretty much everything. Only thing that is generally original is the actual airframe if you downloaded it. I also dont go striving for views. Idc really if it doesent get noticed, I just enjoy modding things, and if I think its good enough or big enough of a change, ill upload it. @UsernameTH5
yea i downloaded the F-5, thought of the staging system in 2 minuts, and just played with it a little to make sure it doesent completely suck. Could be better with some XML editing though. I didnt post it bc its just too little of a mod to post. When I mod aircraft, I usually change big portion of the aircraft. Either it be the control surfaces, weapons, or whatever. I just enjoy doing it, i dont really think about how good this would be if somebody just downloaded it @UsernameTH5
ok ? Never said that this F-5 is better than anyone. I just generally dont see why it “flies horribly”. I dont know much about the F-5 so I cant make a stance on if its realistic but it flies fine. @Kangy
@SlavicRussian A-10C Copy🙄🙄🙄
@SlavicRussian I don't know, but you are not related to My F-5e And where is your work done by yourself?
@SlavicRussian i mean you aren't the creator of the build so why does this concern you?
Besides, there's a much better F-5 replica on the site which was built with a guy who actually has flown F-5s himself (ChiChiWerx) so yeah
ok just looked at it again. Still same thing, engines need system needs to be completely redone bc I cant get the accel right, but everything else generally feels fine idk@Kangy
edit: k i could be being. oblivious rn but I literally just fixed the only problem I saw in like 2 minutes. I set up a staging system where you use primary throttle when taking off, then activate AG 6 to activate a second engine of which will get you up to around 300 kn, then you just activate AG 7 that starts another engine that will get you up to 500 kn at the deck, its not rocket science
No not really. Dont know alot about the F-5 but generally it feels good, dunno what your talking about @Kangy
edit: k read more comments, guess this isnt very realistic. What characteristic are you talking about? it pulls what feels like realistic AoA, yea the engines are a bit overpowered but that can be fixed by literally just overloading the engine to tune down the power, am I not getting smth here? I mean I dont know alot about the F-5 so is it something with the turn rate?
@SlavicRussian you're kidding right?
hey for the missiles, here is a page for modding that you can make it more realistic. https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/e/2PACX-1vTCfs-yqNlHkz26WuTzx8RQ2LV3JrX8EPB5czzAHrDDfEcvlsBYf7k2V5sm2q-sANGi9rx1omgeH8Qi/pub Just go on google and find the stats of the aim 9, like top speed and range. For the adjustment rates, I always just set the integer as 22
i mean its quite realistic from what I know@Kangy
nice job I have one on my page just like it but yours is way better than mine
I also just built a model of one
I would like to see an f18 from VFC 12 if you can
Looks perfect
flies horribly
@ChrisPy I agree
I’m just going to be honest. If you are going to build a replica actually try to make it fly like the real thing.
Could you do an F-18 from either VFC-12, or VFA-204?
