Ilyushin Il-200M “Super Shturmovik”
[Part of FranzPeterSiegfried’s WWII Alternate History universe]
How many tanks have we taken out now? I seem to have lost count.

A graceful tank of the skies.
Backstory:
During the early stages of the war, the Soviet Air Forces were falling behind the Germans in close air support aircraft. The Soviets were being forced to make do with slow, small biplanes for ground attacks. But, after a Soviet Anti-Air Gunnery squad downed an advanced prototype of a ground-attack aircraft (later revealed as the Ju-387 Flugpanzerjäger), they had access to new technologies, such as the jet engine and the turboprop engine. Combining their knowledge of these new technologies, as well as their know-how on contra-rotating propellers, the Il-200M was released for duty. It’s performance outclassed even the German model, with its speed and almost uncharacteristic agility matching, if not surpassing, the Ju-387. It’s combat record quickly rose as one of the most effective tank-killers and medium attack aircraft.
Grouping:
1 - Missile Arming
2 - Superchargers/Jet Boost Modules
3 - Turret Guns
VTOL UP - Flaps
Armament:
4x Guardian SSAAMs (1940)
4x Inferno MAGMs (1942)
4x Boom 25 UGBs
4x Boom 50 UGBs
Notes of the Aircraft:
A hefty craft, the Super Shturmovik is a capable craft, able to take out most of your enemy ground targets in a single run. Slap on some rockets in place of missiles and you have a plane that can take on even the mightiest of battleships (though it is generally recommended to have more than one - or even more than five - of these to take on a battleship.)

@JolyLoly It’s quick, but it has a pretty low stall speed (130 mph/209kph). Idk if that changes things, but yeah, it is pretty fast.
it is awesome and looks really cool, but I think it's too fast for an attack aircraft. Attackers shouldn't be very fast. This makes it difficult to aim and reduces the number of possible targets destroyed
