@ThomasRoderick oh, maybe it's simple for a nuke-armed initial weapon
@ThomasRoderick my previous RL69 Nemezida, which have a similiar characteristic with Vympel R-37
besides, even the normal 100kg missile have a maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate and maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate over 50 is unthinkable, that means the missiles must suffer over 50G, and explosion scale over 5 means a tactical nuclear warhead over 10t yield, or equal mass TNT normal warhead
@ThomasRoderick that possibly because of your missile was lightweighted, lighter than 100kg etc
at normal this sort of missiles requires 1/5 maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate and maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate
@ThomasRoderick the problem is the explosion scale, if its too large the explosion will also knock out the user in range
@ThomasRoderick while in sam evasion challenge, shut down false airspeed generator (in this case, turn throttle to 0) when you see the hint about reacquire, then re-activate them.
it;s clear that in the challenge the sams have maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate and maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate more than 5000 during reacquirement. if they had reacquired they will return to normal
only
proximityDetonationRangeMax>1000 and explosionScale>25
or
maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate>1000 and maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate>1000
will hit this one
