Ostpreußen Heer P.032a-128m
"Pfannkuchen"
The newest MBT developed after demonstration trials of the Swedish Strv 103 Main Battle Tank during the mid 2000's, of which it's heavily based on.

Fighting Compartment
A unique component of the P.032a is it's lack of a 360° traversing turret typical of every Main Battle Tank of this era. This was an intentional design choice as Ostpreußen military leaders and designers saw great opportunity upon seeing a demonstration of the Swedish Strv 103 around 2014-2015.
The main armorment of the P.032a-128m is the Rh-128A3 smoothbore cannon -which is also found on the P.020a-128m Žaneta- that's fixed into the forward hull in a similar fashion to that of WW2-era tank destroyers.
Due to this design choice, more effort could be placed in armoring the frontal fighting compartment from hostile projectiles without worrying about moving parts inside said fighting compartment. Because of this, the estimated armor value is around 2000mm of spaced RHA plates, ceramic and lamented glass panels sandwiching the RHA, and the air cavity between all the panels filled in with a thick gelatin.
While the side and rear armor don't receive near as much protective armor as the frontal upper and lower plates, it's been deemed unnecessary since the vehicle is intended to find a distant position and face the hostile armor.
Alongside the sheer frontal armor of the P.032a, the Haferkönig AMS-2 APS is installed on the roof and the frontal upper plate to counter incoming HEAT and ATGM projectiles.
As a final resort of defense to the tank, if the crew were to move the vehicle out of it's intended and reccomended combat range, it carries an MG15 on the roof that can be fired by the loader if he were to stand outside his hatch.

Crew & Layout
As mentioned in the above section, the P.032a-128m lacking a turret leaves significant room on the interior for crew comfort, as well as various pieces of spotting and communication equipment that normally wouldn't be able to be mounted in traditional MBTs.
Each crewman has access to their own hatch, as well as a variety of traditional optics and TV screens that allow viewing of the exterior of the vehicle. Not to mention the extended leg room each man has gives the P.032a longer periods of cpmbat before crew exhaustion.
Lastly, due to the layout of the interior of the gun, with the 12,8 cm gun being directly in the front and crew being on it's flanks to operate said gun, the driver had to be moved to the rear of the fighting compartment by the Commander and behind the loader.

Versatility & Misc
Being the first fully tracked MBT in Ostpreußen service, the P.032a-128m is already a unique tank in it's own right, not to memtiom adding it's unorthodox layout.
Since the vehicle doesn't have the traditional vertical and horizontal drives found on turreted MBTs, the entire tank is required to maneuver just to lay the gun on target, something that would be near-impossible on a wheeled chassis. Due to the unique design requirements, the former designer and manufacturer for the Strv 103 -Sven Berge and Bofors AB- were requested to assist with not only designing and production, but with finer details such as developing a highly reliable suspension capable of moving while at various degrees of elevation and depression on rough terrain.
The endgoal of the project was almost realized, with the suspension of the P.032a-128m beong capable of elevating 15° at any position and depressing -6° when stationary and -3° when moving forward. While capable of manoeuvring over rough terrain while elevated to it's limit, the gun itself prevents the vehicle from moving over similarly rough terrain due to it's length.
Regardless, it was found to be as close as possible to the goal without having to redesign the entire vehicle and extend the timeframe another 3 years.
While seriously unlike other MBT vehicles in Ostpreußen service, the P.032a-128m is solely a defensive vehicle meant to serve near exclusively in Sweden, since the lacking of a traversing turret greatly hinders combat versatility. Regardless, with it being heavily based on the already proven Strv 103, the P.032a-128m is expected to surpass the predecessor.
