Auto Credit Based on gpoon's Incom-Subpro ARC-170

Added Vtol thrusters for flight control and extra speed, (cruises at 1300 mph at 20,000 ft ) Painted to the Astromech yellow orange, (it looking like R2-D2 bothered me as this was a clone fighter) EnJoy!
