F.B.A. Type B Reconnaissance Seaplane (Detailed Cockpit)
-UPDATED XML VERSION-
-several issues corrected, thanks to @EternalDarkness
This is an updated version of my F.B.A. Type B. This one has a rotary engine, a more detailed cockpit, and some livery markings.
This is NOT an entry in @WinsWings Seaplane Challenge! It has too high a part count! After the challenge ends I'll update the redirect from the old version to this one.
Built by Franco-British Aviation before and during WWI, the FBA Type B was a refined version of the company's Type A reconnaissance seaplane. The design was first prototyped in 1913 as a single-bay biplane with a 50-hp engine. The Type B and C were multi-bay, and had successively more powerful engines.
The design saw service with a variety of European Nations during the war; the UK Royal Naval Air Service alone fielded over 100, including 20 of the Type B design.
Throttle all the way up, and wait for her to get up on step. Rotate at around 50kts (~90kph), and take it easy on the initial climb. Have fun!
I stole the elegant code for the roundels from @CrazyCatZe - all credit to them!

@CrazyCatZe wrote the code for the roundels! I'm not sure why their @ isn't working in the description text.
It's perfect now (:
By the way, mentioning people in description won't send them a notification and will not be a clickable link. To make a clickable link, write [text] (URL of the page).
@LonelySea22, feel free to ask questions if there are any
@EternalDarkness Thank you! I really appreciate the feedback! Fixed both issues; I definitely uploaded an older save file. Smoothing is somehow a feature I hadn't played with, but I love it!
It looks a lot better with more opacity on the wings. One thing I've noticed though is that you're not using smoothing. The fuselage is quite smooth on the real thing. You also have two major issues. The roundel on the left wing falls off, and both elevators are moving in the same direction, not opposing each other.
@CrazyCatZe Damn, I'm not on your level at all coding-wise, but I love that! Especially the seaplane version. I'll dig into the code and see what I can reverse-engineer.
@EternalDarkness Made several of the changes you suggested!
if you want the engine to rotate at the same rpm as the prop, you can use something like I used here
@LonelySea22, thank you very much for the credit! Super clean build btw
Edit: just noticed how part efficient your engine is
