Fictional Build

Typ 32 Leichter Kusten Zerstorer (1940) - Kriegsmarine

A 1940 update variant of the early 1932 destroyer, equipped with a powerful twin 10.5cm turret along with a coincidence rangefinder and upgraded Anti-Aircraft armament. The torpedo tubes have also been displaced so that each unit has a more effective firing radius on one side.

Both of the quad AA emplacements now have their own camera positions so it's much easier to actually shoot down aircraft.

@GeneralPatrick2 Sure, I'll tag you when I do, currently working on something else though.

Do you believe you could possibly make a slightly more mobile-friendly version? As in like, removing some of the details? If not that's fine, it's still a marvelous build.

@SimpleMADNESS Well this is a fictional ship (albeit in a real timeline), but all German destroyers had a main armament of 12.7cm guns up until the 1936A class which recieved 15cm guns (excluding the 1936B and 1936C) and then from that point on I'm pretty sure they just standardized the 12.8cm FlaK 40 on all destroyers. This doesn't include the torpedo boats though, which I think all had 10.5cm guns as main batteries.

Didn’t the Germans give every destroyer this update during WW2?

It's fine. I play on a computer, but someone else is using it right now, so I am using my tablet to respond to notifications.

@ArcturusAerospace Yeah sorry about that, I tried to keep it relatively performance friendly, but I don't exactly build for mobile.

I would download but the device I have right now couldn't possibly handle it.
