Named for its distinct shape, Crutch is a small and light fighter jet meant primarily for air-to-air combat. While not particularly fast (mach 1.6 at 40,000ft), it is decently maneuverable, and relatively easy to fly. It is armed with 4 Guardian missiles, and 1 Interceptor missile (armed with AG1 and AG2), and is equipped with three miniguns, making it threatening in a knifefight. Care must be taken with an uneven missile load, as the light aircraft is noticeably perturbed by this imbalance, affecting handling. Lastly, landing is made easy thanks to the wide stance of its custom landing gear, and its favorable low-speed handling characteristics.

@Liensis lol
@Sunnyskies Forgive me, for I have had a goddamn stroke, dunno why but I thought Guardians we're anti-ground, continue with your normal schedule.
@Liensis Guardians are ideal for mid-range air-to-air engagements against slippery targets. The wider locking radius and shorter lock time give you more room to catch targets attempting to move out of your sights, and once fired, the missiles themselves have a tighter turning radius than interceptors, making it easier for them to come around for another pass should they miss the first time. The only downside of guardians is the fact you have to keep looking at the target, making them more risky to use in head-ons.
If it's meant for A2A combat, why does it have that many guardians? Shouldn't it have more interceptors and maybe a bomb for ground targets?
@Treadmill103 Thanks! I've been experimenting again lately.
@AWESOMENESS360 Thanks.
Cool!
