!!Reuploaded for some minor fixes!!

A quick and simple build made to be good at its intended purpose. I built Seagull specifically to operate off of the USS Tiny aircraft carrier. It is a lightweight plane with a great glide, and plenty of tools to help make it a fine STOL plane.

It's armed with flaps operated with the VTOL slider, a parachute deployed with AG1, and airbrakes activated by the brake key. Using all these tools, it can take off and land on the Tiny with relative ease.

With full flaps, gear down, and elevators pulled fully up, level flight can be maintained at around 11-13% throttle, for about 70-75 mph. If speed drops below 70, you will begin to lose altitude. If you've landed a little fast, the parachute can be deployed to stop you very quickly. It is positioned so it will not torque the tail too hard up or down, meaning it is safe to deploy in the air, but it is best used on the ground or ship deck for quick landings.

Also, activating AG2 and sliding down the flaps will fold the wings up. Not important, but interesting.

@JoddyFubuki788 great sci-fi design, and alarmingly fast engines as always. Makes it to space rather easily.
