The Model I was designed in 1938 as an effective means of using available materials in an easy-to-produce AA truck. The vehicle was quickly pushed into production, with several variants ranging all the way up to mk. XII. Pitch/roll + AG2 to move gun. Throttle/yaw to move truck. AG1 for headlights.
