VTOL = flaps
Trim =
1. VTOL-nozzel direction (maximized at 45 degree angle)
2. Trim during normal flight (will not affect the VTOL nozzel due to "zeroOnActivation")

VTOL-takeoff:
1. AG4 switch to on
2. +18% throttle
3. Trim-bar forward to gain speed
4. AG4 switch to off, plane enter forward flight mode, Trim-bar back to zero position for TRIM purpose (DONT TURN AG4 OFF UNTILL YOU CAN GAIN ENOUGH LIFT FROM WINGS)

CTOL-takeoff:
1. VTOL-bar downwards for flaps
2. +15% throttle
3. Lift off and fly
4. VTOL-bar back to neutral position

VTOL-landing:
1. AG4 switch to on
2. 17-19% throttle
3. Trim-bar backwards to reduce airspeed (<= 50mph)
4. Trim-bar neutral to keep enough lift
5. Landing

CTOL-landing:
1. Reduce airspeed to 300kmh
2. Apply full flaps
3. Slowly touch down
