Macklin-Kloepping B7-S

Based loosely off of the experimental "Amerikabomber", also known as the Horten brothers' Horten H.XVIII, this would be designed around the proposed final bomber to deliver a nuclear explosive on New York or Washington D.C. The idea, proposed by Walter and Reimar Horten was inspired by glider models they had made in the Interwar period. This radical design, subimpenitrable by radar was seen by Luftwaffe-Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering as the hammer to the nail in the American coffin. Thankfully, the proposed nuclear warhead was not supposed to have been completed until 1946. I improved on its original flying-wing design by adding a vertical stabilizer, increasing flying stability. I centered the engines, coned the cockpit, and suspended the wheels. From any angle, this plane has to be the most beautiful, sleek, and (few) would say sexiest plane ever designed, and I made sure that that satisfactory reward is not lost. Neither is aerodynamics, manuverability, nor stability. Although, be careful. Once the engines are turned down, its gliding capabilities are comparable to a skipping stone. Anyways, enjoy! This is the 7th iteration of our Macklin-Kloepping plane series, a series of experimental plane designes. We have come far. For the best experience, use a yoke or "mouse as joystick" mode.
