The MCBR "laptop" (Named after the fact that its array and it's guard are shaped like a laptop) is a mobile counter battery radar made with the idea of having a array like ARTHUR while still having mobility and other things. It is designed with the ability to instantly track objects that appear and calculating point of origin, and where the object will hit.
