Conroy Tri Turbo Three (alternate livery)

26.9k Sunnyskies  8.5 years ago

The Conroy TTT was a trimotor turboprop conversion of a Douglas DC-3 built in the seventies. Intended primarily for polar expeditions, the aircraft was built for long range and the ability to land in snow and ice. Only 2 of these were ever built. This one features the colors of the Maritime Patrol and Rescue version. Controls are all the same as the original version (the trim on the wings clips when in flight though). It flies very well, and takes off and lands with virtually no difficulty (crashing is honestly more difficult than not crashing). The nose engine can be shut off with AG8. AG1 turns on recognition lights, and AG2 turns on runway lights.
