The b/f-119 was a mid to long range air to ground fighter, despite having B in its name it never saw use as a bomber. A rather big oversight by the manufacturer, over all having a bad airframe barely capable of handling 3.5gs, and because of the gear placement would often try to kill the pilot's upon landing. Therefore, deeming it the name "Widow maker" as a very few flights would end in success.
