Short history: AC-1B SP is an amphibious personnel carrier or amphibious private transport plane used by some tycoons that dock their plane on ports.
Instruction on how to operate: disable AG8 after retracting landing gear to disable land landing that gives way for water landing mode. Looks and flies great. Only thing that I'd change is to set up a separate control for the pontoons. Generally speaking, it's a bad idea to have the landing gear down when you are making a water landing, so it makes more sense for the gear and pontoons to be able to be lowered and raised independently of one another.
