1. I totally disagree with you! When an Arab or a Hindi or many other ethnic groups speak English, it is clear that their mother tongue isn't English.

1- من کاملاً با شما مخالفم! وقتی یک عرب یا یک هندی و یا خیلی از قومیت های دیگر به زبان انگلیسی حرف می زنند، کاملا مشخص است که زبان مادری شان انگلیسی نیست.
2- استعداد ایرانیان و زبان فارسی به صورتی است که یک ایرانی می تواند همه زبان ها را یاد بگیرد و طوری صحبت کند که مانند زبان مادری اش به نظر برسد؛ اما نیازی به این کار نیست.

For example, its good to know that the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) in the Persian Gulf doesn’t allow American ships to speak English and told them several years ago that it is a blue land of Iran and you should speak Persian.
Now, when American ships enter the Persian Gulf, Iranian Guardians ask them and they have to respond in Persian. They have a duty to introduce their Persian language and explain their mission; otherwise, they will not be allowed to cross!

وقتی کشتی های امریکایی به خلیج فارس وارد می شوند، پاسداران ایران از آنها سوال می کنند و آنها مجبورند که به زبان فارسی جواب بدهند؛ آن ها وظیفه دارند که به زبان فارسی خود را معرفی کنند. آن ها وظیفه دارند که به زبان فارسی خود را معرفی کنند و مأموریت خود را توضیح دهند؛ در غیر این صورت آن ها اجازه عبور نخواهند داشت.

@AMINIRIAF1396 probably everyone is proud of his/her language and his/her country but I just wanted to tell to you that everyone can speak English perfectly or at least good and by the way my language is Czech and it has almost nothing simillar with English so it's hard for me (sometimes) to write something, too

برای مثال، خوب است بدانید که نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی ایران، در خلیج فارس به کشتی های امریکایی اجازه نمی دهد انگلیسی صحبت کنند و از چندین سال پیش به انها گفته است این سرزمین آبی ایران است و شما باید فارسی حرف بزنید.
اکنون کشتی های امریکایی به محض ورود به خلیج فارس از طرف ایران مورد سوال قرار می گیرند و در مکالمات بیسیم الزام دارند که به زبان فارسی خود را معرفی کنند و مأموریت شان را توضیح دهندف وگرنه به انها اجازه عبور داده نمی شود.
وقتی کشتی های امریکایی به خلیج فارس وارد می شوند، پاسداران ایران از آنها سوال می کنند و آنها مجبورند که به زبان فارسی جواب بدهند؛ آن ها وظیفه دارند که به زبان فارسی خود را معرفی کنند. آن ها وظیفه دارند که به زبان فارسی خود را معرفی کنند و مأموریت خود را توضیح دهند؛ در غیر این صورت آن ها اجازه عبور نخواهند داشت.
