My personal opinion:
I don’t care.
My mind sees things in an artistic way, and behind every example of art that could be considered weird or unnatural based upon your viewpoints, I see a person that does what they love, and I can relate to that being an artist myself. (not a furry artist) but at the same time, there are some really weird and/or f*cked up parts of the fandom, but the same can be said for most fandoms, even the SimplePlanes fandom at times lol
Also just because the topic has now been brought up, anyone else notice how there’s like, a shit ton of furries on the SR2 website? Just go to users and you’ll see lots of furry pfp’s, idk why though lol
@Thecatbaron the only problem that happened was that someone was mass tagging people who didn’t ask for it, so he was basically farming upvotes. Whereas on teasers, if you specifically ask if people want to be tagged, and people respond saying so, it’s ok if you tag them, as it’s what they wanted, and it’s not an abuse of the point system. It also introduces players who aren’t already following you to your account, which can help you grow as a user.

Would you be able to make a mod-free version of this, like just give it wheels that look like tracks or something?
What BogDanX said! There’s a lot of really cool features here, I especially love the face on the front, this thing looks intimidating af. I will say that the controls are a bit vigorous for a WWI era aircraft, but other than that, this is an awesome build!
@Ultra0 I haven’t a single problem with posts from newer users getting attention, in fact I find it to be great when newer users get attention on their posts, it increases their confidence and they feel better about posting, atleast that’s how I was when I was new.
I realize that not everything is about me, just because I’m a platinum user. Personally, I don’t believe I even deserve platinum, my builds are absolutely shitty.
Also, you aren’t fooling anyone by saying that you believe the creation deserves hundreds of upvotes, you know perfectly well that it probably only deserves like 10 upvotes, and you know perfectly well that most, if not all of the upvotes on that thing are just a contribution to give it more negative attention. My argument is that it shouldn’t be getting negative attention, ESPECIALLY in the form of upvotes.

Also, this isn’t exactly a complaint post about what you think it is, I’m not complaining about the creator or the creation itself as much as I’m just disappointed in the community, they’re not only disrespecting the person who made the build, but they’re disrespecting the platinum users who spend weeks on high quality creations, only to get 10 upvotes on their hard work. Think and say what you want about me and/or this forum post, but I really don’t care. It’s too much bs at this point.
I completely agree with this, but the problem I hate the most are the meme posts. Sure, they’re funny and I’ll admit, I upvote them. But statistically, they’re extremely low effort, and tend to score a lot of upvotes, which when you think about it, doesn’t make sense. For instance, I’ll see builds on SP that took quite some time to build, have a lot of parts, and have a lot of time and effort put into them, yet they only get like 10 upvotes, or atleast an amount of upvotes that isn’t proportional to the effort put into the creation. I’ve noticed this a lot with my posts too, to be perfectly honest. The same thing happens with meme posts, but the opposite: someone spends all of five minutes creating something from a meme, and it gets 50+ upvotes in less than a day. In fact, I know this from experience, as I posted a stupid iPhone 11 with way too many cameras on it, and I think it got 40 upvotes in the span of a few hours, whereas when I posted that rubber band glider I was working on for well over a month, I think it has less than 30 upvotes, all of which were achieved within the span of a week.

Idk, maybe I’m being too serious, maybe I’m being ludicrous. Maybe the only reliable way of scoring points on SimplePlanes is to just spam the website with low-effort meme creations that don’t have any effort put into them.
This is actually pretty cool, it has the same generic looks as the stock P-51, but it has a better geometric design and detail! Pretty cool, I’d like to see this concept with other stock aircraft someday!
