@Ryan110 no, they all track. I did thus with 10 missiles on one pylon, and they all hit their target simultaneously. Occasionally one will veer off, but not every time.
The HPV is one of the coolest aircraft ever made, it looks like it came straight outta Halo. Not enough of them on the website either, looks amazing so far!
@AvalonIndustries no, they all track. Sometimes one of them just veers off course for whatever reason, which isn’t as apparent with like 10 missiles at once, but in the video only two are fired at once, so it’s more obvious looking.
Image 1 looks good, also this is one of the best F-117’s I’ve ever seen. Maybe when the new cockpit update comes out, you could replace all those custom dials and displays and whatnot with the default parts!
That under-mounted Jet Engine is a unique design, but there’s certainly the risk of dust and other various debris getting caught inside of it upon taking off and/or landing.
Looks like an FW-190, but with a taste of modern tech, like if we never evolved from prop engines, and rather than creating jet engines, we just got really damn good with props
Welcome to SimplePlanes, Zilyboy. You asked for criticism, but you didn’t specify what to criticize, so I’ll give a brief overview of the entire craft, in sections of course. Keep in mind this is all coming from an experienced platinum user, so just take what I say as helpful advice.
The parachute position is a little awkward to use, as the plane immediately faces upwards upon using them. They’re also too small for any effective speed reduction, which kinda defeats the point of the parachute. Increasing the size of the parachutes, and putting them closer to the CoM, or Center Of Mass, definitely helps with stabilizing the aircraft while parachute(s) are deployed.
The fighter’s design is pretty unique looking, but I recommend that you make your own aircraft(s), right from scratch. It’s more reputable, oftentimes more fun, and it’s a great way to express your creativity on the website, and in game of course.
The Gyroscope placed on top of the aircraft is slightly weird, and it’s purpose is never mentioned in the description, if it even has a purpose in the first place. It doesn’t even seem to have much effect on the aircraft either, which is odd, but most likely not your own doing. Unless you’re creating a VTOL aircraft, a helicopter of some sort, or you just want an Activation Group Button that turns on autopilot, rather than using the in-game autopilot, Gyros aren’t typically necessary on a build.
The “Rocket Missiles” as you call them are certainly powerful, but they tend to clip through terrain at high speeds. Again, not your fault. That’s just SimplePlanes being dumb. However, these custom weapons aren’t really the best in terms of craftsmanship; they obviously show some level of work ethic, but they lack in this category as well. There’s a tutorial in the forums under “Useful Links” on how to make custom weapons I believe, along with tons of other very helpful stuff. Or alternatively, you could just use the in-game bombs for something more simple.
That’s all I have to say, other than that, you seem like a user with potential. I take it that you have a basic knowledge on how Overload works, seeing that those engines are not default. Additionally, Overload can be used for countless things in game, and if you master it, you can really create some incredible stuff, just by utilizing the game’s malleable coding.
I remember seeing this one in a documentary! There’s so many of these one-in-a-million encounters that absolutely amaze me, and god damn it if I never get to experience something like it in my life...
Great replica! It’s awesome to see more UAP’s and whatnot being created. I actually just recently remastered my TR-3B, so I may post that in a day or so.
Absolutely amazing, wonderfully done!
+1@Dathcha I wonder what the technological advantage of that is, if any
+1@Dathcha huh, interesting
+1Is the turret supposed to be off-center?
Really cool btw, those tracks are pristine looking!

+1By far the best F-15 SimplePlanes has ever seen! Also what does WEBW mean?

+1This is terrifyingly fun to hide from as a small human walker, great build!
+1@soldier289 sounds like the best way to go about it, same thing I did on the CL-1201. I may post it in a day or two, depending on how things go.

+1@ThatOneThiccPlaneStealer you can only tag up to three users, so rexzion, Bmilian, and realSavageMan won’t get a notification for it.
+1This is awesome, I love the contra-rotating prop engine. It’s simple, yet fun and enjoyable to fly!
+1Looks like a U-Boat trying to be an A-400M
+1@masternavseruki that’s really not the intention of the post.
+1I think the most impressive thing about this is how you managed to make 922 parts look like under 200 parts, very smooth looking details!
+1Why did you make a challenge post out of my UFO lmao
+1THIS IS FREAKIN AMAZING, I CAN FINALLY FLY MY OWN STUFF AND HAVE IT ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE IT, LIKE THIS IS ACTUALLY LEGITIMATELY EXCITING
+1Gorgeous looking aircraft, T
