It handles like a dream, just enough bounce but not stiff enough to break the wheels on the tarmac. The 8 wheel steering as an additional option is great.
I'll re-release a new version in the next couple of days with correct engines. This is the unfortunate side effect of posting builds during beta, I can't guarantee they will still fly the same after the live is released.
@jacobhardy64 I'm assuming you haven't changed any settings so might be worth sharing with the the devs what device and settings you are using, could be a bug, it flies at 350+ on mine.
@jacobhardy64 I experienced the same thing and I came out and reloaded and it worked. Are the cameras still on the plane after reloading? @andrewgarrison I thought this was something to do with the music so turned it off and it worked, then turned it back on and it was still working. I noticed the cameras I'm placed previously had disappeared though so might be something to do with that.
@mattmck Starting with a fuselage block curved and 2 x 2 I put thin rectangular blocks on four points around the circumference. These can be re-sized and will stay in place. Add some more angled pieces to the front and back of each one and you should be nearly done. There should be four notches left in each corner which I filled with triangular fuselage pieces but had to reposition with xml to get them in. If you like, remove the outer spike and grab the wheel by the hub and it can be saved as a component. Even better take off the whole steering axle section which has the overlapped rotator blocks on too.
@WalrusAircraft I've made a tweak on my version which you might like to try for more fun. Add a couple of small intakes somewhere to get the engines working at 100% and you should get 40 mph on a flat suface, then set the middle upwards pointing thrust ports to pitch control for an additional boost up to 80 mph. Just be careful of the bumps as they are very unforgiving.
@WalrusAircraft I left out the power as I haven't previously experimented with suspension designs before. I had to study a few other people's designs to get it working but the wheels still break on bumpy ground at the maximum speed so didn't want to make it too fast. Mainly I wanted to create a good looking concept vehicle that was still useable but also realistic. The right hand drive was necessary because of it being a Brit car, I nearly accidently made it left hand drive and switch the controls last minute. I love the "bigger is better" theme, it's true Mad Max style and truely inspired me to make this vehicle. I really hope it starts to trends and other builders join in.
@WalrusAircraft Looks like I haven't thanked anybody, oops. Thank you all btw. Your Mad Max MAZ btw is amazing, I'm inspired and am working on a successor based on another vehicle...also Mad Max style.
*gulp* This is one scary machine, I would not want to come across it on my travels through the wasteland...which is why I would have to opt for something smaller and quicker to outrun it.
@LordofLego As @jheffernan rightfully said the flaps are invited on all the pitch controls. When I ran this down the runway it did do as you described but my results may be skewed as I'm using better which has additional friction on the wheels. Your biggest problem is that the CoT is way higher than your CoM. This is a common problem with all aircrafts that have engines above the wings and fuselage of the plane and is usually corrected with angling the engines and/or correctional trims. I would suggest as a fix, making the fuselage a little logger so the rear tail and main wigs are further apart, raise the CoM is possible, lower the engines a bit, and semi-symmetrical on the main and rear wings might give you more lift.
Thanks @JacobHardy64 that's good to know, sometimes it's hard to test how the plane works with full roll and pitch applied. With a joystick on Android you are limit to 100% of one or the other but not both at the same time, unless I shift one of the controls to the other joystick for testing.
@AndrewGarrison That is very kind of you, only one problem, I already bought a copy for PC...and OSX...and iOS...and obviously Android. I used to have an iPhone before changing to an S5 and a PC before moving to MAC. I don't have an app yet on MAC to edit with so find it easier to do it all in house on my phone. If the beta was on OSX I would test there first before releasing.
@Martijnproper The intakes were a little tricky, I had to tilt the fuselage parts first and they became slightly de-aligned with the other fuselage parts so had to re-position them.

Pure awesome, can't wait to try it on a computer.
I love it
@Rohan Ooo
@simpleplanesmaster The trim is the entire tail horizontal stabiliser and is activated by a rotator with the VTOL slider 1% to -1% if I recall.
Lol @dullwolf and also thank you.
Wicked
Incredible
Another great plane. The wings are excellent.
Gorgeous

@lordoflego Yes; they did, there should be plenty of room to improve the engine power though.
Looks great, love the ballistic missiles taking off.
Incredible work
@XVIindustries RCNs only respond to Pitch, Yaw and Roll unfortunately. Also, they are a fixed power, so nothing in the xml to tweak the output.
iOS is approved, I guess it'd just a waiting game now. I'm still waiting for the Mac store update.
@RABpilot There shouldn't be an issue downloading it, you probably don't have the latest version, it's only just released today.
@Jacobhardy64 Ok that's why, there is a drag bug that was fixed in the update. Once you have the latest version it will work again.
Really awesome mate

Beautiful, the cockpit looks great and it flies really well to boot.
@Aceaircraft Certainly you can.
@mattmck Check out WeeBabySeamus's Big Foot, Walrusaircraft's MAZ or Spiritusraptor's GP vehicles for various other wheel designs

Impressive piece of kit

So much fun.
Really fun
Superb and works perfect on mobile for me. I love the engines I might have to steal the idea!
Inverted* not invited and beta* not better and longer* not logger and wings* not wigs. Bloody phone keyboard is rubbish.

These will do fine. I have a couple of projects in the pipeline, so will ask nearer the time if I need some alterations. :)
That what I was thinking.

@Rohan I'll see what I can make that will use them.

Lol @JacobHardy64 glad you're enjoying it. I love following the missiles down to target.
Thanks @spiritusraptor @bobthetitan123 @XVIindustries @DADOU @mixhaelr @carter2
I'll order a thousand.
Thanks @Shmexysmpilot
Thanks @FlOu credit goes to Scriefers for the idea of the cameras when he put them on some bombs. I have wanted to copy it ever since.
lol @IMDABEST I'm not that
Thanks @Delphinus , 5 stars is enough. :)

Thanks @kikasshes
Cheers @Wakescar
