Tank destroyers can be of any chassis and armor levels, depending on the doctrine used in the design. It doesn’t have to be tracked vehicles with guns mounted in casemates, for example:
American tank destroyers, in contrast to other armies’ tank destroyers, have turrets, but cannot be used as normally as frontline tanks because of their thin armor and open-topped design.
Wheeled tank destroyers exist, and modern tank destroyers are mostly wheeled vehicles.
The tracked vehicle with a gun mounted rigidly to the hull, the Swedish Stridsvagn 109 (retired), is considered a main battle tank, not a tank destroyer, because it’s role matched any other tanks in Swedish combat doctrine, in spite of it’s severely limited gun traverse.
Postwar or WW2? Most Tank Destroyers come from normal tank chassis, but this one is unique, in that it doesn’t have a normal tank version.

@planesailore, unlikely. War thunder April fools events are usually experiments on game mechanics. This (and likely any other of your ASH T series creations) does not have as much experimental quality needed for an April fools event.
@phrongus, the OV-10 bronco’s canopy was quite intricate for a post-war aircraft. However, interwar and early WW2 aircraft had more intricate canopies than the OV-10.
You just need to place a sufficient number of bombs (I mean like a lot of bombs enough to imapct a large area) onto your aircraft, fly it over the target and drop all (or a lot) of them as quickly as possible onto the traget. That is how you carpet-bomb an enemy target.

Advantages:
Very large area to take out a large number enemy targets.
Disadvantages:
Large area means high risk of collateral damage (I.e. more likely to hit friendly targets along with hostile targets).
Smaller, numerous, less effective bombs may be replaced by larger, less numerous, more effective bombs.

The design is similar to the ones found in Indonesia; they are often painted in showy, quite flashy colors, as well as the “double windshield” feature that is common among buses with a raised passenger compartment to make space for the cargo compartment. Between the 2 windshields, there is a prominent shade that also mounts the rear-view mirrors.
