I think your homeade landing gear is colliding with something inside the aircraft and it is steering the aircraft to the left through this weird torque thing which happens to me too. but once I use disabled aircraft collision parts to make my landing gear that usually stops the problem, because it disables the colliding and stops the whole torque thing.
I would try that first because that is usually the problem for me but I could be wrong :/
When I was making the helicopter I was originally going to have a engine in the back as a tail rotor to counteract the torque but I couldn't because there's so much of it so I had to get another motor for all the torque
