You had a great start!
Here are some things that needed fixing:
Too much lift all around.
The center of lift was close to the center of mass
Excess drag in the rear by the wheel assembly you had going on

It is over engineered. Too many wings - not enough lift near the front - propeller and jet engines? Pick one - too heavy. Use only one or two engines and you can lighten the load by ridding yourself of all of the fuel.
The aircraft needs and increase of lift near the front (it is biased to pitch downward) or the thrust centre must be lowered below the center of mass.
Cool looking plane. Very stable in flight.
Get some RCN thrusters on there to aid with vertical take-off.
Find a way to add retractable gear.
Improve the maneuverability of the plane during flight.

Looks awesome! You should move the cockpit to the front and offset the weight somehow. Also, if you accelerate any faster, the plane explodes.

What settings are you using?
Great looking plane! Has a severe case of pitching downward. I suggest more lift toward the nose - add canards.
It crashes almost immediately. Add more stability. This could be done with some vertical stabilizers.
Wings break every time I restart. You are having the rear drop too far, resulting in broken wings.

It appears to be incomplete. Why do you have three VTOL engines? And why are there no nozzles? Also, All those cockpits are too heavy.

I do not see why this is a strange plane. Fantastic control at high speeds. Best over 1k mph plane I've flown so far!

Thank you! Since the concept works, I plan to make a Chinook helicopter next. It would allow for more control at that point.
Nice job. It would be nice to land it too. I can do an awkward crash landing. Need landing gear.
