Ah, that makes sense. For a second I though the nose telescoped in/out to improve aerodynamics at certain speeds. Idk why, but thats what my brain jumped too. But that would be really cool if you could pull it off @SledDriver
Wow, I'm blown away by the detail! Its both perfectly smooth and bumpy, perfectly depicting a irl plane! The whole design says speed, and the livery is downright amazing! My favorite part are the airbrakes, they're so simple yet practical, even though picking a favorite part is difficult!
Wonderful! By far the best P-38 on the site! The attention to detail is spectacular and it flies like a dream. Marvelous use of Funky Trees for the WEP and the controls locking up in a dive. Keep up the great work!
Sometime soon, I’m in lockdown till the 29th, so probably before then. ChiChiWerx is helping with the flight model so once that’s done I’ll be able to finish detailing @QingyuZhou
haha lol. You don't have too, its just an idea @SledDriver
Pistons can do that @SledDriver
I also like the name lol

Cool! If you don't mind me asking, why did you use air breaks to build the nose?
Awesome!
+1Ok thanks @Diloph
Looks good! I can’t wait to try it out!
+1Awesome! Lets work out details on another page, I don't wanna be spammy @MrSilverWolf
Thanks! I wanna save everything, but I know I can't lol. Would you like to work on a co-lab someday? @MrSilverWolf
Hey its me again lol. Random question, but do you know how to change the shell size for a cannon? @Diloph
No, thank you! Best plane I've seen in a very long time! Do you mind if I add the Muskie to my sub assemblies? @MrSilverWolf

Very helpful, thanks for the tag!
Those look awesome! Tag me please!
+1Awesome! I’ll test it out tomorrow but these features sound amazing!
Exactly, couldn’t have said it better myself @vcharng
Sweet! Very fun to fly fast at dangerously low altitudes lol
Thanks! @SnoWFLakE0s
That could be because of drag from other parts, I’m not sure though. In my case, it greatly helped for the stock P-51 @asteroidbook345
@SnoWFLakE0s
I'm horrible at Funky Trees, so for laughs and giggles, what would the formula be for such a setup?
oof, imagine having a NASA super computer couldn't be me lol @belugasub
+1How many parts is that cockpit!?! Also bye
In overlord, on the left put "name" (Just without the quotes) and on the right whatever you want to name it
Awesome! Functionality is great and they are very simple and straight forward to use
It's been a very long time since I've built this plane and idk if it still works with the new updates, sorry @CarterTheTurtle
Sweet!
Hmm, when I built this plane it was a Lufthansa Regional plane. Maybe it was sold idk @CarterTheTurtle
Awesome job!
Thats true @jamesPLANESii
Oh whoops, I only read prop @BonanzaVtail
Q2
Burt Rutan Boomerang
Or anything else from Burt Rutan, his designs are really cool. But don't do the Model 133 ATTT because I'm building one :P
Edit: I didn't read the WWII part, here are some WWII designs:
SAAB J-21A-1
GB-2 staggerwing
Lmao sorry for spam, but are you gonna make Scrappy? I think it would look really cool just based on the construction videos and your skill
Looks great! Very nice paneling
+1Just looked at the building techniques and the inlet use on the wings are really cool!
Awesome!
Nice!

Nice! I’m still working on my F-4 and a Scaled Composites Model 133. Would you like to finish that 737 soon? @QingyuZhou
Woah, that’s cool! I might add this system on my upcoming project! I’ll credit you @lemoose
Awesome! A little high on part count, but still very cool nonetheless @ChisP
+1Very useful, thanks for tagging me!
+1Is this functional or just decorative? Either way its really cool!
