Assault weapons are select-fire and are illegal for civilian ownership. The 2nd Ammendment of the Constitution of the United States says that we all have a right to bear arms. That means all arms. In any manner, including concealed. Furthermore, all those gun deaths? They don't tell you how many are suicides, or self defense against a criminal. Guns are a means of protection against those that would do you harm. And police can't help the second a criminal shows up. When seconds count, the police are minutes away. The same people you're trying to regulate, are the same people that are getting their guns illegally anyway, so "controls" (taking away guns) will only hurt the law abiding citizen

But at the same time, complaining about it doesn't change anything. I think you have to understand that people want to say that they're leaving, even just to give themselves some peace of mind. If you don't like it, I guess just ignore it? I personally don't click on it unless it's someone I know and like.
