Huston, we have a problem.
I'm hoping you can help me out. You created this plane, so you would know how it works the best. After mirroring the plane, when activating AG1, the plane no longer separates. Why is this? Can you figure out how to fix this?

Thanks man! I'm honestly not the best at making original aircraft designs, so instead I go around searching for other aircraft that I can modify or make better, so you'll see a lot of reposts. This was definitely a big deal in my case because this was mine, I actually built this. It's just satisfying to be able to say that, and in my opinion, it came out great! Like you said, it's simple... Simple Planes, am I right? 😁👍

My thought about it, is with using the VTOL lever as you throttle, there's no way to control your speed (unless manually) going around curves and corners, which could lead to a spin-out. By combining the controls, your speed/throttle will automatically decrease itself depending on how hard you make the turn, giving you a better chance of keeping control of your vehicle. That's just my thought on the situation, if I made any sense to you.
Whatever works for you is fine. Your right after all... It's Simple Planes! Ya don't like it, change it yourself ya dingus!

Ahhhh, clever of you! Yes, it flew much much better. (I didn't understand what you meant by "VTOL set up" in the description. Sorry...) However, I think the engine is a bit to powerful for that little craft. If you wind up going to fast with it, the little thing just goes berserk. I wish there was a way for me to post a video that you could see.

I understand that if I want to download the Beta, I need to back everything up before I do so. What I'm asking is once the full release has gone public, will there be a need to back everything up. I just want to know if waiting till the full release comes out will be worth the wait. Make sense?

Now what does the "max=" option do exactly? As I understand it, it basically dubbles your maximum throttle amount, so instead of 100% maximum throttle, "max=2" now makes it 200% maximum throttle, am I correct?

I suggest combining the throttle with the in-game pitch controls. Use the "Little Bugger" as an example. If you have any questions about this, let me know.

😂 I like it! I think I can have some real fun with this thing. I'm assuming that you changed the exhaust and thrust parameters of the engine, correct?
I'm very impressed with how well this thing flies. It's rolls a little too fast, making it a bit hard to maneuver, and it's balance is slightly off, but other than that it's pretty cool!

I grew quite fond of it as you can probably tell in my profile picture. 😁 Anyway, I'm not the greatest at coming up with original designs, so instead I take others creations and rework them to either improve their functions, or improve performance overall. Great idea, but unfortunately the smaller version, that separates from the main body, just spins out of control due to there not being any rudder to stabilize the craft. If the creator does not mind, I would like to change some things to his aircraft and repost it later on.

If you're going to do this, I should have you know that you can find the current fuel block just behind the jet engine. Take your overhauled block and replace it with the original one. Hopefully that helps.

I'm going to post my version tomorrow. When you go to fly it, activate 1, but don't throttle up yet. It's weird! I also put on new engines and tweaked them a bit, so now there overly powerful.
Impressive! However, I think I can do better. Instead of going a pathetic maximum speed of 1,164mph with 30 engines (no offense), I bet that I can make it go 10× faster with only one Blasto BFE300. Think that I can do it?

I like it! It's pretty cool and it's a unique idea. Unfortunately, you can't really steer USS Tiny, unless you can and I'm just doing it wrong.
I've gotten this thing up to 235,000mph. Crazy!!! Now, can you beat my speed?
