    To do that you have to edit the XML file. Search for the rotator part, i.e. partType="HingeRotator-1" and find the entries min="-1" max="1". Change them to min="0" max="1". This way the rotator will only move upwards. In order to make it go downwards only it would have to be min="-1" max="0". Hope this helps!
