Think it's getting a bit crowded, now I'm not saying I'm going to engulf the world in my control, I'm saying that I'm not going to make my entire nation one giant mega-city. We can expand within our borders but that doesn't leave all that much room for civilian industry like wood, and whatnot. If we put civilians everywhere we can't chop wood because there won't be anywhere to chop it or grow it!

A modernization package has been included, if you want yours modified, send it to the Seattle Superheavy Shipyard to be modified. It includes a vertical launch system for Tomahawk missiles, advanced fire control and fin-stabilized munitions for the main battery.
@Strikefighter04 It is loaded with a full compliment of munitions and tools to repair any damaged parts underway. Note that production was a bit rushed late-stage, so I've included manuals that are easy to read and show you how to repair pretty much every nut and bolt aboard the vessel.

@CptJacobson Also, you can be allied with anyone outside the Pact, so long as they are not in a faction.
