The main reason why it is doing that is because of the suspension
The plane only able to take off at not too slow or too fast speed
The solution is to pitch up all the way until it get off the ground.
I think it applies the same to landing speed

for your plane, it should be something looking like white triangle with circle ring around it right? as of what I've saw from other of your aircrafts
