@Lococoloco Maybe an update screwed it up? I got the same thing with a different custom plane, 'the TIE fighter advanced', (one of them anyway). Works the same way, having to take off with vertical thrust, and the author said this.

Maybe an update did it? I just got the game recently. I might still record it just to show that I'm not crazy. 8P
@bobthetitan I do understand that, and I see how it's supposed to work, but it doesn't work. I even go into third person and I can see the jets facing downward on full-blast (100 percent throttle), and it just sits there.
I do get this message though, something about 'you need air vents, your jet engines aren't getting enough air'. Something like that. Glitch?
@Lococoloco I did. I have it on full-throttle, middle-VTOL, (which has the jets facing downward), and then I activate group 1.. then it just slowly sinks down to earth, rolls on it's side, and several pieces blow up. Releasing it from the anchors isn't an issue, it simply doesn't ascend.
'Throttle 100 % then activation group one to release from the anchor points. As gaining altitude gradually slide VTOL up to switch the engine's on and go to horizontal flight. Then normal controls.'
I'm saying it doesn't work. Full throttle at Neutral VTOL should have it ascend, but doesn't. No matter how long I have it there. Raising the VTOL does create forward throttle, and lowering it does create reverse thrust, but in the middle at full power, doesn't give me any lift. If necessary, I can FRAPS this phenomena and show you.
I have to say though, I cannot get this thing flying at all. Full throttle at Neutral VTOL and it just doesn't go anywhere. Not enough lift, it seems.. it DOES go forward, (then crash).
Am I missing something? Did they change the physics around? lol! I can't get this thing off the tarmac. And when I spawn in the air, it's just a long countdown 'til the stall and crash. xP
