@TheSonOfThunder Haha it's all good! I think I figured it out btw... The 'power multiplier' is more like an 'energy multiplier'. It varies only as kinetic energy varies but DOESN'T take into account the 'per unit time' part of the power equation. In essence, if you want to go twice as fast, you have to multiply the power by 4, not 8 lol. That has passed a few tests now!
Great, except there is a flap asymmetry issue - when raising flaps, one side will remain slightly lowered/not return to the 0 position, resulting in in a rolling bias. Otherwise nice job!
@TheSonOfThunder Thanks for the reply! So it's a Simpleplanes thing by the sounds of it, not a problem, was just curious about the 'why' of it. Also yeah, energy is based on velocity squared, but power is cubed, hence twice the speed required eight times the power :)
Doesn't the designer centre on the midpoint between extremes of the aircraft? So, could you try 'tricking' it by sticking a random block/cockpit in the centre of the designer, exiting then going back in. Then keep repeating this until it slowly reels the rest of it back in?
This is an awesome glider, also I've modded it slightly and uploaded as '50,000' going the distance' which I hope is okay. If not let me know and I'll remove it!
@ThePrototype Thanks man :) getting into the tedious part of finishing and mating it with a nose cone now. Aiming for a large supersonic delta passenger jet with full cabin etc!
Has anybody ever actually got this awful plane above 50 feet before nose diving and crashing? :,D
+7Just to confirm that this doesn't work with latest version of SP mobile.

+1Roll is too sensitive and when flaps are deployed, elevator authority is diminished below about 300 knots.

Amazing, waited for this build for months!

@Tumbl3leaf Thanks for your kind words! I think it's the combo of high wing and T-tail!
