@maverickvii Yeah. I wouldn't suggest getting rid of the tail but just the control for rudder. I did it when I downloaded it. Still a really good design though.

  • A-6 Intruder 9.7 years ago

Really good design and performance. However, I think you should change the flaps and rudder problem by getting rid of the rudder control as all the people I know in this game barely use rudder anyway. Other than that it's great.

  • Cold War Bomber - Fictional 9.7 years ago

    Ok

  • Cold War Bomber - Fictional 9.7 years ago

Just saying, I wouldn't call it fictional as there is a similar plane that existed during the Cold War called "V bomber". It was a British made bomber that was designed to perform like a fighter and drop reasonable payloads (if I remember correctly) @Stingray

  • JET Eng Pro 10X 9.7 years ago

If I had the pic version, I would so make some sort of huge plane with this as its engines. Just would have to make the flaps on the wings turn to make it fly forward.

  • Rockhopper MK2 (full suspension) 9.7 years ago

I found that the tires just blow up when you throttle it to about 60mph

  • Septiceye 9.7 years ago

I don't think he plays simple planes.

  • ADFX 02 Morgan (Pixy) 9.7 years ago

@JMicah4 I used the wyvern (I think that's how you spell it), and what I'd do is fly away from him (when you are supposed to start going head on with him) and then he would turn around eventually and go head on with you and that's when you would fire one missile to damage his engines. Then you would just repeat that process over and over again until he dies.

  • ADFX 02 Morgan (Pixy) 9.7 years ago

@JMicah4 I liked the mission with Pixy when all the enemies would come at you with full force and Pixy would try to fly away. I'd always end up catching him and run into him for lolz.

  • Cruiser X1(Read info) 9.7 years ago

    Amazing missile launcher system.

  • V-1 flying bomb with launch ramp v2 9.7 years ago

    Just did ;)@Zing2000

  • V-1 flying bomb with launch ramp v2 9.7 years ago

    Soz, I thought I did @Zing2000

  • V-1 flying bomb with launch ramp v2 9.7 years ago

    Thanks. @Beekccc

  • TANSGEQI 9.7 years ago

    @CMLSunneR How does it work?

  • Battleship with Piloted Cruise Missile 9.7 years ago

    @Thebrendon55c Thanks!

  • V1 bomb (beta) 9.7 years ago

I decided to use your V-1. Thx for letting me use it. @Beekccc

  • V1 bomb (beta) 9.7 years ago

    Probably right. @Planebuilder

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

    Oh. Ok. Nvm. @Teus

  • Kazuki Tidal Wave 9.7 years ago

Yeah, but I was going to make the boat crane to drop another into the ocean which would have been amazing :) @Zing2000

  • Kazuki Tidal Wave 9.7 years ago

Yeah, I was going to do a boat I used to see every day on the way to the city. This 1: http://www.mytango.com.au @Zing2000

  • Riva Aquarama 9.7 years ago

I have a really neat looking rc version of this.

  • Kazuki Tidal Wave 9.7 years ago

Your one looks way better than mine. Thx for being so nice with comments.

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Teus well I did rush it and don't really know how to make wings go into each other and stuff. At least I gave it a try :)

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

    @Teus :(

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Zing2000 looks neat. Although my rc looks nothing like it. I found a link to a boat that is pretty much exactly the same except mine looks better and has better shaded wood and paint and stuff: http://www.naintrading.co.uk/model-ships/ferrari-hydroplane-1954-rc-ready-p-227.html#.VRZybBhXerU

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Zing2000 yeah. I have an rc boat (though it's more for show rather than functionality) that hydroplanes just like the spirit of Australia. It is really cool even though it doesn't go very fast, though the same principle is functioning.

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Zing2000 even though it was a huge accomplishment, it doesn't seem to be a huge feature as it is displayed above a ramp to the exhibition halls. Still pretty cool.

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Zing2000 @Teus have you guys actually seen it in real life? It's in the maritime museum in darling harbour SYD?

  • Fossey's Spirit of Australia 9.7 years ago

@Zing2000 @Teus Thanks guys, I just logged on and got a 40 point boost so I'm so amazed that just making the general shape of it gets me points! @WWIIPlaneBuilder I will try...

  • CHALLENGE: Use All Of These 9.7 years ago

@ElijtheGeat I didn't make it a successor but here is the link http://www.simpleplanes.com/a/2xBRWs/Plane-for-all-engines-challenge

  • "PIXY" 9.7 years ago

    No probs @Ofnir

  • Stratgetic Bomber 9.7 years ago

*sigh* no ones tried my one yet. :(

  • HEAVY BOMBER CHALLENGE 9.7 years ago

Here is my challenge. Not sure if it flys though. I ran it on my iPad and for those who are on mobile you can't download it. Kinda shows how much lag there was for me. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/HUu5Pn/Plane-for-Heavy-Bomber-Challenge

  • Plane for 'Heavy Bomber Challenge' 9.7 years ago

Just realised, I created a plane on my iPad that I can't download. XD. Have fun on your pc's.

  • "PIXY" 9.7 years ago

Still remember defeating Pixy in his new jet. Took forever for the guy to find out you have to go head on with him, just for the cutscene.

  • **4x4 Challenge** 9.7 years ago

Yeah. It handles great though. Just with I had the pc version. Wouldn't have any problems.

  • Aircraft carrier 9.7 years ago

Ahh, if only I had simple planes on pc.

  • **4x4 Challenge** 9.7 years ago

I was making a mad looking body with the working things that suck more air in. Then the app crashed :(. Pretty cool design though. Made it easy to design stuff.
