it seems chaning the expression of aim into atan2((long - Longitude), (lat - Latitude))
and steer into sin(aim-Heading) making the whole thing worked just slightly better
@Nonso despite i made all the Ai behavior myself, i didn't actually made the model of the car myself. (it seems the auto credit is literally gone for some reason i don't know..)

@VietnameseGuysWithTheAK i thought i couldn't be better to explain all the things with text, so i decided to give you the one with slightly detached the jet engine (the main part of the gun sound) out of the rifle. but since this is not just a single part, but it's a 12 jet engine parts combined in to one position, so you may have to move each of them if you need to modify them by yourself.

deactive activate2 will make you left from the plane
