@SodiumIodide tnx for the constructive comments, it's an skill not many posses these days, duly appreciated.
The two other variants of the podhopper where also done a while ago, just posted them recently to see if that would make a difference. About the colliding parts-part; they do actually use the same piece of space, so imo they should collide; irl this would be pilot error. It's like the landing gears that, in some builds, disappear into a solid hull...can't stand that. The zepphopper, and ctx4 aswell, are just proof of concepts, not intended as finished build, i was just hoping someone more skilled than me would get interested and make something beautiful out of it.

@SodiumIodide as long as you keep in mind that I'm working with ios and the basics of my builds is almost two years old (lots of new options since than) I'd actually rather encourage it
I think you don't always need a lot of parts to make something look nice @SodiumIodide, like you say; i see a lot of 500+ builds with some horrible corners and angles...
