Yaw pitch and roll dont have fixed values. Connect a gamepad or flight stick they can be anywhere -1 to +1, also if you turn on onscreen controls for screen joysticks.
But a knife is not the only instrument that can stab, maybe you brought a knife to a claw fight, sword fight, spear fight, arrow fight, or in this case a bullet fight aka a gun fight.

Most activities are barely any more difficult with only one eye.
Even playing catch or sports can be managed with a bit of practice.
Perhaps you should try it, before claiming you're dealing with it.

If I may ask, what EDS subtype do you have?
