You can also mess around with angled wings (around 5 degrees down) to generate actual downforce for more realism and better handling without having to give the car loads of tyre grip.
It takes some practice but 90-120% grip lvl should be enough if you get the aerodynamics right.
Are these tips you can work with? Need any help on something?
Nice build! Looks great!
Try adding small vertical stabilizer wings at the rear to prevent spinning and a more stable stable ride at medium to high speeds!
@Rocketguy2079 then check out my other posts too, I made a lot of racing and f1 style cars!
I tagged you in a post with how this specific car works so you can learn some stuff about building cars!
@Rocketguy2079 also check out this car. It's the best one I made in terms of functional car building: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/fcnc42/UTC-trackday-Racing-Car-Update-V2
@Rocketguy2079 sure! Do you know how to mod and want to use that? Or do you want to start off without mods?
I'll upload the suspension of this car unlisted and tag you so we can take a look at it if you want to!
Wiki:
The Lancia Stratos HF, widely known as Lancia Stratos was an automobile made by Italian car manufacturer Lancia. The Stratos was a very successful rally racing car during the 1970s and 1980s. It started a new era in rally racing as it was the first car designed from scratch for this kind of competition.
Made a version without most of the Aerodynamics to give an idea what all those wing parts actually do.
You can find it here: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/XZ84pN/UTC-trackday-Racing-Car-Downforce-parts-removed
Enjoy the driving experience!
Pretty!
Really need to try playing on a pc instead of mobile. I think the handling is completely different with other controls. Still a really nice car!
@Rocketguy2079 thanks mate! Glad that you like it!

@TheBuilder24 thanks! It took me some time and practice too, you'll get there!
+1@Rocketguy2079 thank you!
@EhdanVoteHO thanks!
To check out the suspension just remove the lower plates

Beautiful!
Small note, maybe make it less powerful for more realism. Next to that really love it. Great work man!
@Astoundingcameron YES!
Just done with my first replica so might do that as a fun challenge!
If that's okay with you of course @Dkzwn
@TheGliderGuy Thanks man. Eindeloos getest en kleine aanpassingen gemaakt!
Binnenkort nieuw zweefvliegtuig projectje starten!

Hope you notice the improvements of the update!
@fifoip thanks!
@TheGliderGuy
@RedRightHand Thanks!
+1Noticed that too, sometimes it stays attached, some times it doesn't for some reason. It's mostly esthetic anyway :)
Awesome!

Nice!
@TheGliderGuy heel tof man!
Nice glider! Nederlands aan de callsign te zien?
@TheGliderGuy Thanks! Gonna attempt them more often I think!
Also an update to the original is coming soon!

@Mixx please do! I think I have an idea on the how, but never really got into it
@DEN12345
This drives great! I really love your builds man!
I love that livery! Great looking car and really good build!
Looks really good! Great job!
+1Love it! Might try building a drifter myself. Got any tips?
Can't open due to size, but upvote for looks and because I know you always bring quality!
@GUNKA thanks!
@mrlester use the door handle on the car door. That usually helps
Fun!
+1Also though the part count is not ridiculously high, I think almost 20% of it is wing parts. It'll take some cpu power because of that.
