@Hyattorama I just finished a kinda dynamic cam that moves and shifts the camera view as the plane undergoes forces. to simulate a pilot moving in his seat.
It has been done before though, I just dont know what other folks call it, or if they have uploaded their mechanisms.
GJ, can tell a good amount of effort has been put into this. The gear and exhaust are especially cool. Only gripes are the tendency to pitch upwards and the high drag
@Hyattorama if you have the overload mod click on the part, go to the disableAircraftCollisions and change the value that is by default false to true. The overload mod is effortless to install and can also be used to adjust the values of pretty much any part. I personally only edit xml if I absolutely have to in order to get something to work.
There arent too many good F-84 thunderjets on the site, the few good ones are pretty outdated and have a lot of room for improvement. Its a pretty cool looking plane IMO.
This is an absolutely amazing pristine build. Great Job. Was searching through to see if anyone else had the idea of variable convergence. The functionality is through the roof with this, and I appreciate that.
isnt blowing up spontaneously with no warning part of the fun? Have you tried doing something silly like disabling collisions on every part? It is cool tho
flies a lot better than some of the heavy xml modded planes that stay on the frontpage for hours tbh.
You can fix the problem at takeoff if you take the rear landing gear shift them back a Lil bit and then angle each one back by 10 degrees with the in game part mover thing. If you do this it will no longer fall on its tail on the runway.
But can you confirm that your shells are in fact guided by Stalin himself?
+3wow this game has gone rly far. The quality of planes just keeps going up and up, yall continue to amaze me
+3@Hyattorama it has been ok. I made a rear landing gear. Haven't done too much besides that.

Should I upload it?
+1So nice we'll upvote twice.

Hey I need some help with this too, can someone post an example of this technique being used?
@arcues I dont remember either. Hmm. There is probably some old footage on reddit from years ago that can confirm this.
