You did a good multirole combat aircraft, but you need to move rear chasis closer to the center of aircraft. I recommend to change position part of rear chasis along Z-axis to -2.2148 value. It give you a greater stability on landing strip during steering (taxiing), more shorter takeoff and more safety landing with "Cleaver" missile. Also I would've remove fuel from primary wings.
Beautiful model of helicopter! I like when someone makes something own. I also imagining something my own and create it. I wouldn't change main rotor "collective pitch'' parameter control to throttle input instead of VTOL input. I would just changed "Cyclic pitch'', "cyclic roll'' and "collective pitch'' parameters values.
@Lorens Remove or keep, it depends on your aircraft goals. Of course, it's heavier. But, in my opinion, you got to try change rear chassis position first.

@jetace98 It's not a complaint. Complaint is very ''strong'' word here) About vertical stabilizer - it is only my wish and my opinion. About name and similarity - I mean, not necessarily to do exact copy. Aircraft can be based on F9F, but it's your decision. Anyway, I really liked your work.
Good work! I think, you can bravely change name of aircraft to whatever you want own name. Maybe it similar to ''Cougar'', but it more look like a different aircraft. Most importantly, it can fly and it flies well. I would have increased vertical stabilizer surface area.

+1@Lorens About "Cleaver" missile, I think, you're right. It's better for long-range strategic and strike bomber aircrafts.
