A few tips to improve upon:
1.The cockpit is too low to be practical, and instead you should use fuselage blocks to act as a cockpit while hiding the actual cockpit block.
2.For a fighter, the turn rate is pretty bad and can easily be flanked by other fighters, to improved the handling you can; move the CoF (Center of Lift) (and the Center of Mass) closer, increase the surface area of the elevators or increase the max deflection (if you can configure XML file of the plane).
3.The primary wing is too thin for it's size making it even harder to control.
4.Description is a bit lackluster but It's okay if you can't come up with a better description.
