When turning, you have to be quite careful and not accelerate. If the car flips, use the Camera Aim to use the cannons to push yourself up again. Finally, if you are using the jet engine as main propulsion, the wheels can be used to change the pitch (reversing while under the force of the jet engine makes the car go back onto four wheels)
