@JerryAttricks That's the top speed. In real life the plane is limited to go slower than that because it deteriorates the engines much faster at such high speeds. I put the speed limiter in there because it's a big plane, It's easier for me and i haven't made a plane in a while so i kind of partially forgot my old top speed methods. Now if your refering to it being stuck at around 500-600 MPH, thats because you haven't swept the wings.
@Noplane I can't remember all what I did but heres a few things. Aiming system is easier to use, has a better stall speed and I changed the lift scale on the wings. Basically my goal was to improve over the previous one.
@belugasub Well I'm glad you do. Currently the exterior is almost done. And since this is a one seater, that leaves room for more details like a working windshield wiper (Hint Hint). And more detailed cockpit.
@Yourlocalhuman That is a good idea but aircraft made of just 1 part would be boring when shot at as the whole fuselage would just explode. And how would you balance weight?
Theres a few other flaws I'm sure exists with that idea but it isn't a bad one.
@Carsonkiddy2 If I get bored enough or run out of ideas or modern planes to make, I actually have a list of WW2 aircraft to make. HOWEVER I DO NOT plan to make any unless the already said requirements are met. I WILL however make modern propeller aircraft and plan to remaster the current ones if and when we get remastered propeller parts.
@Germ Depending on my mood, motivation and other key factors such as time and how much i get to know the build. Builds can take anywhere between 5 days to 2 weeks maybe 3 but I tend to make them fast and nice. What I'll do is I'll make a build and once it's finished I most of the time put it through a couple days of testing. What I like about my builds is that they're made fast but well and they don't take months like other creators. Though I do sometimes take month long breaks.
@Germ Well i appreciate the compliment. I do believe i am one of the best helo makers in SP. And rn I don't really plan a KA-52 but I do plan a KA-50. Rn I'm working on a BTR-80.

:MI-8TV try to break the main rotor. It wont break ittl just warp out of place. It only breaks if extremely hard force is applied to it.
@flightdesigner I don't know how they're doing it. Again I'm not upvoting my own planes with alt accounts. I will say it again. I make planes for fun. Not fame or points.
@flightdesigner im too lazy to even want to do such a thing. None of them are alt accounts of mine. Im dont build my planes for fame. I make them for fun
@ZeroWithSlashedO the cockpit design is what threw me off. And Soviet aircraft arent always as easy as they look to make. I ended up losing motivation when i realized I made the cockpit wrong. I refuse to build if I'm not motivated because no motivation = terrible product.
@Tookan the reason why its weak on takeoff is because there's some kind of effect that drags it back down to the ground unless you get it some speed. Other than that it performs fine. The mi-24 has a climb rate of 50 feet a second and this thing is pretty accurate to that. The effect that drags it happens when close to the ground but seems to only happen on takeoff
@Karlnusi go to the cameras variables, set the camera yaw and camera pitch to what you want the servos pitch and yaw to be. The important part here is that the names match on all variables including the capital and lowercase lettering. Heres how i did it: clamp(GunRoll/25 , -1, 1) The /25 is how far the rotators limit goes. And the , -1, 1 is what percentage of input it will have (1 means 100% and 0.5 would mean 50%) the -1 is the downards input and the regular 1 is the upwards input. Now here i used 2 rotators, 1 to go up and down and the other to go left and right. set the up and down rotators input: clamp(Insert the name here for one/25 , -1, 1) clamp(Insert the other ones name here/25 , -1, 1) what i usually do is name the servi that goes up and down GunPitch and the servo that goes left and right GunRoll what you want to do is give the cameras yaw or pitch variable in its variable settings a name that you want to be the up or down servos input, then set the rotators limits (if its 48 set the /25 to /48 instead. And set the , -1, 1 to what you want it to be. If you want it to go up or left all the way but only halfway the other, then set it to , -1, 0.5
you may have to set the rotators to inverted to get it to follow the camera in the right direction, and you also might have to switch the , -1, 0.5. Around to , -0.5, 1 and thats how i did it.
@Ihavesnowball i see. Its been a while so i forget things. However the C DOES NOT mean its carrier capable i do know that. Though seeing a carrier a-10 would be funny. Thank you for showing me my mistake.
@AndrewishFollower the reason why i put detail into the cockpit and not the plane is because i try to make my aircraft potato friendly while still looking decent as thats what i play on myself. However if im able to i do put more detail then i tend to

@belugasub Am I allowed to submit a revisit? (Stats tweaked, entire cockpit changed, external details changed, etc etc) Or does it gotta be all new?
@OwO I actually just might make it blackout for the fun of it. (The one with 4500X on the tail)

@belugasub My submission KA-50. AG1 and VTOL up turns on the engines and Throttle is the collective. Do read the craft instructions.
@Planebuilder2123 sure
@Planebuilder2123 That...
Is planned comrade, don't you worry.
